
Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors (Sudbury)
If you’re looking to work as a Door Supervisor in the UK, this is the qualification you need.
Our training course is fully approved and meets the legal requirements set by the Security Industry Authority (SIA). Once successfully completed and all assessments passed, you’ll be eligible to apply for your SIA Door Supervisor licence.

Entry Requirements
Must be 18 or over
Must provide valid ID documents (list supplied upon booking)
Must have a good understanding of spoken and written English
All learners must complete a basic English assessment before the course starts
Must attend all 6 days of training.

Cancellation Policy
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions set out the basis of SALFS Security & Training Ltd (“we/us”) providing training and related services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, please contact us for clarification.
Quotations & Contracts
Verbal quotes are not binding unless confirmed in writing
Written quotes are valid for 30 days
Bookings are confirmed once we receive written acceptance
By booking, you enter a binding contract with SALFS
Variations must be agreed in writing.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment: Due in full within 14 days of invoice or before course start (whichever is sooner)
Accepted methods: BACS, cheque, PayPal, credit/debit card (5% processing fee applies to card/PayPal)
Cancellations:
More than 21 days before course → 75% refund
14–21 days before course → 50% refund
Less than 14 days → No refund
No refunds for non-attendance
Substitute delegates accepted with prior written notice
Discounted courses are non-refundable & non-cancellable
Rescheduling Fees:
Incorrect ID, late arrival, or missing pre-learning → £150 rebooking fee
Medical cancellations (with doctor’s note) → refund minus £60 admin fee
Services
Training hours: Mon–Sat, 8am–4.30pm (excluding bank holidays)
If SALFS cancels a course → full refund provided
If a delegate fails the required literacy test → refund minus £60 admin fee.
Behaviour & Requirements
SALFS reserves the right to exclude any delegate who is disruptive, without refund.
Delegates must:
Bring correct ID & pre-learning materials
Arrive on time
Follow joining instructions
Failure to comply may result in rescheduling at the delegate’s own cost.
Resits & Exams
SIA exam resits: £50 per unit (next available date)
Earlier exam request: £50 + £75 admin fee
Other course resits → price on application
Exam locations may change with 48 hours’ notice (within 50 miles)
Liability
SALFS provides services with reasonable skill and care
Not liable for:
Loss of business, profits, savings, or data
Any indirect or consequential losses
Liability capped at £2 million per incident (covered by insurance)
All delegates use SALFS premises, including car parks, at their own risk.
Promotional Use & Communication
SALFS may use course photos/videos for marketing purposes
